Pricing and Fees

• Sunday Salmon Catering is a donation-based service, with a recommended price per person, that helps support our free meal mission. When you hire us for catering, 100% of the remaining dollars (after food and labor expenses) go directly to providing no-cost meals for our neighbors facing food insecurity.

• All food is gluten-free, nut-free, and seed-oil-free. We provide allergen-friendly catering and can make any dish dairy-free, egg-free, and vegan, as well. We use all organic ingredients when possible. Our high-quality grass-fed and grass-finished beef, chicken, and pork are sourced from local ranches.

• All catering requests are subject to availability and may be declined if delivery is required outside of Douglas County, CO.

• Minimum 25 people required for catering. 

• Standard catering requests for renters of the Sunday Salmon Restaurant Space or those who are picking up their catering order should be made at least one week in advance, preferably 2 weeks.

• Off-site, special events catering requires a minimum of 4 weeks' advanced notice and requests your consideration of a suggested donation of $75 per hour (for transport, setup, and service), per service team member. The number of team members depends on the event's complexity, size, and location. Transparently, off-site special-event catering is not our forte due to our limited staff and model. However, we will consider some events. Please include as much detail as possible in your inquiry.

• A 25% non-refundable deposit, made in the form of a donation, is required upon signing the catering agreement.

In-House Service + Catering at Sunday Salmon for Banquet Room Renters in Castle Rock, CO

• Setup and teardown of the buffet are included in your Sunday Salmon Banquet Room rental and catering fees.

• If you'd like your service throughout your event (optional), such as the below, you must let us know when booking. To add in-house services, we request a suggested donation of $50 per hour per team member. The number of team members required depends on the event's complexity and size.

  • Replenishment of the buffet throughout your event (ideal for longer events like grad parties or open houses)​

  • Team members to serve guests in the buffet line

  • Team members to bus and clean tables throughout your event

  • Team members to keep the buffet area clean and assist with trash throughout your event.

  • ANY of the buffet menus listed above can be converted into family-style table service for a seated meal experience, which requires in-house service.

• You may rent our plates, dishes, utensils, and glasses during your event for a suggested donation of $2/person. We provide a bussing station for the dirty dishes, and one of our team members will wash them at the conclusion of your event.​

• We can include disposable plates, utensils, and napkins for a suggested donation of $1/person

• We can include a full disposable buffet setup (wire rack chafers, sterno heat, a lighter, and base pans for water) for a suggested donation of $75

Drop-off Catering Services - Castle Rock, CO & Douglas County, CO

• We can include disposable plates, utensils, and napkins for a suggested donation of $1/person

• We can include a full disposable buffet setup (wire rack chafers, sterno heat, a lighter, and base pans for water) for a suggested donation of $75

• We ask for a suggested donation of $20 to deliver to your location in Castle Rock, CO, and a suggested donation of $50 to deliver to Lone Tree, Parker, or Highlands Ranch, CO. We do not provide delivery outside of Douglas County, CO.
