About Sunday Salmon
Our Mission: Community, Connection, Compassion
Sunday Salmon began nearly a decade ago as a family meal prepared every Sunday by our founder, Mary Grothe. For years, Mary invited friends and family into her home to share a simple yet delicious meal of salmon and vegetables. In 2024, Mary received a vision to extend this tradition to the broader Castle Rock community, transforming her meal into Sunday Salmon: a community meal designed to nourish both body and soul.
Our Thanksgiving-inspired Thankful Thursday Dinner is on July 17th and August 14th at 6 p.m.
The fall schedule for Thankful Thursday will be released later this summer.
Sunday Salmon Dinner is every Sunday at 5 pm and 6:15 pm. WE ARE CLOSED SUNDAY JUNE 29th.
