Banquet Room Rental
Our 1,200 sq. ft. restaurant banquet room seats up to 58 guests with included farmhouse-style tables (max occupancy 94), ideal for business meetings, memorials, parties, church groups, private dinners, celebrations, and family events.
Commercial Kitchen Rental
Our fully equipped 1,200 sq. ft. commercial kitchen is perfect for food truck operators, culinary instructors, caterers, and food entrepreneurs. Whether you’re prepping for a big event, teaching a class, or producing meals for your business, the space provides everything you need in a clean, professional environment.

Restaurant Banquet Room
Our 1,200 sq. ft. banquet room offers a warm, welcoming space for your next event, comfortably seating 58 guests with our included farmhouse-style tables (four 12-tops, one 6-top, and one 4-top), with room to expand up to 94 guests with additional seating (available at your expense).

Whether you’re hosting a professional event or a meaningful celebration, Sunday Salmon offers the flexibility and amenities to bring your gathering to life.
Hourly Rate: $75/hour
Reserved time must include setup and cleanup.
Non-cleaning violation fee is $100.
Availability: Monday through Saturday 8 am - 10 pm (except Thursdays June 12th, July 17th, and August 14th)
Renters are welcome to bring in any outside food or beverages. Beer and wine are permitted. Liquor may only be brought in with a licensed bartender, an event liquor license, and proof of insurance. Outside caterers are allowed, and our fully equipped commercial kitchen is available to rent for prep or cooking. If preferred, we also offer in-house catering options.

Our commercial kitchen is designed to meet the needs of professional chefs, caterers, food entrepreneurs, and culinary creatives. Located in Castle Rock, CO, this space is ideal for meal prep, pop-up events, small batch production, and private cooking sessions.

Available Monday through Sunday 24/7 on an ad-hoc or monthly basis.
Monthly Commissary Use
$250/month Base Rate, 3-month commitment + M2M thereafter with a 30-day cancellation notice in writing.
This gives you access to the kitchen, water, dishes, and dumpster 24/7 and gives you 5 hours a week of kitchen use to prep/cook. Additional hours are billed at $25 / hour and will be invoiced/charged separately.

Freezer Storage Space -
$50 per shelf per month
YOU MUST CLEAN AFTER USE. Non-cleaning violation fee begins at $100.
Ad Hoc Use
Requires a minimum of 7 days’ notice before booking.
Offered at $50 per hour as a shared space (minimum 2 hours) or $150/hour as a dedicated space (up to 4 hours at a time and scheduling must be approved in advance).
