Sunday Salmon is a delicious, NO-COST, organic, gluten and seed-oil-free community restaurant on Wolfensberger & Park Street in Castle Rock, CO, open for one dinner seating on Thursday nights at 6 pm, and two dinner seatings on Sunday nights, the first at 5 pm, and the second at 6:15 pm.

 

The restaurant is community-style, with tables seating 10-12 guests. Our goal? To foster connections by seating neighbors from all walks of life together to share family-style wholesome organic meals, good conversation, and a sense of belonging.
